I've got another cover. One of my polar bear images is the main image on Discover the World's Polar Journeys brochure. Other images are also featured inside the brochure and I also have images in their Cloud 9 magazine and New Zealand brochures :-)

My photograph of Kirkjufell has been selected by Discover the World to be the main cover image on their new Iceland brochure which will be in circulation for the next two years...

I'm really excited to announce that myself and Jon Gibbs will be running a VERY small group workshop around the Lochalsh & Skye area in March. This is no ordinary workshop, the absolute maximum number of participants will be six with two very passionate tutors. As far as we know this is a ratio unrivalled in the industry and should make for a fantastic group dynamic.

If this one fills up and is a success we have loads of other ideas in the pipeline too so watch this space...

Just had another images published as a magazine cover :-)

My image 'Spring' is the cover image on the new edition of North Yorkshire Today magazine.
The magazine also features an editorial about me and my work.

The spring issue of Dales Life features an editorial about me and my photography and unbelievably it stretches over nine pages and features four double page images. You can view it here and the article starts on page 74

A double page spread of 'Erosion of Time' is featured in the Wanderlust, Travel Photographer of the Year, Volume 4 after being a finalist in the competition last year.

My image Black Sunshine will feature on the cover of the second edition of the Just Right educational series published by Heinle Cengage Learning who recently bought out Marshal Cavendish

Well it was this time last year that I took the plunge and walked away from a well paid career in the product development industry to see if I could make a go of it as a fine art landscape photographer. To say the year had its ups and downs would be an understatement but I've made it through the first year (which is supposed to be the worst!) and photography is now my sole source of income and (touch wood) is paying the bills quite comfortably.

I'd like to say a big thanks to all the people that supported me during 2010 and also to all the people that have bought prints and came on workshops. Without your help I would never have been able to make this work.

Onwards and upward for 2011 now :-)

My image Golden Touch is featured in a new bookazine, World of Photography, published by Photography Monthly. They have also recently published 'Return of the Jedi' (my Buttermere image) in the magazine...

Lost in a Warming World? is featured as a double page spread in the December issue of Lonely Planet magazine :-)

I'm really chuffed that my favourite Polar Bear image 'The Yawn' is published as a double page spread in December Issue of Practical Photography

I'm exhibiting as photographer of the month at Sue & Steve Photography, The Gallery in Fountain Street Guisborough for the entire month of October and have a selection of my favourite images on display and for sale as either framed or mounted prints.
