The heather and other wild flowers, in this case rosebay willowherb, were absolutely magnificent in the moors in 2014. I captured this view of Roseberry Topping from a spot right in front of Captain Cook’s Monument, just before the sun set, on a dramatic August evening. It’s an absolute privilege to be out in the moors on nights like this
